Apply With Us
Fill out the form below and our team will reach out to confirm fit, answer your questions, and get you everything you need.

Log into your TREC account
Use your TREC username and password at mylicense.trec.texas.gov to access your license dashboard.

Request sponsorship
Submit your sponsorship request to Hill Top Realty through TREC. We'll receive the request and approve it on our end.

Start producing
Once approved, you're licensed under Hill Top Realty and ready to write contracts, list properties, and grow your business — under your own brand.
